Klose One’s Top 5 tunes

Klose One has been a DJ for almost half of his life and it shines through in his sets. A real Dj’s Dj, he cut his teeth on pirate radio with London’s Y2K before moving over to ItchFM and then really making a name for himself as a resident with London’s Urban Nerds crew.

Currently working on a new label School records aswell as putting on Staunch at London’s Plan B, we’re very pleased to welcome Klose One to The Blast tunnel on Saturday 7th December.

Ahead of his upcoming set Klose One filled us in on his current Top 5 tunes:

Dusky – 9T8 (forthcoming School Records)

K: I’ve been sitting on this one for a while and very pleased that it will be the next one on School Records. Rolling techno vibes a bit darker than their more recent stuff perfect follow up to their Calling┬áMe EP.

Benton – Brian’s Sound (Dub)

K: Massive jungle vibes on this one from Benton, causes destruction on every dance floor, instant reload!

Paleman – The Day (forthcoming Swamp 81)

K: Brand new one from Paleman, this track has a killer vocal sample and bass that will knock you over. Love it!

Catz ‘n Dogz & Eat’s Everything – Evil Tram (Pets Recordings)

K: Great energy in this track. I play it in every set at some point and its always a big hit with the crowd.

Doc Daneeka – Walk On In (Numbers)

K: This one is an instant house classic in my eyes, massive uplifting vibes with an amazing vocal breakdown.

You can catch Klose One alongside Mickey Pearce, Chimpo, Preditah, Sam Binga, Sly One and A.Quake in the tunnel on Saturday 7th December.
